A leadership culture that develops others.
Servant Leadership
Leadership begins with the example of Jesus: serving people, stewarding responsibility and using influence for the good of others.
Spiritual Maturity
Newjoy seeks leaders grounded in Scripture, prayer, Christian character, accountability and an active relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Multiplication
Healthy leaders do not merely gather followers; they equip others to discover gifts, grow in competence and become leaders themselves.
